For weight loss or fitness of the best decision for you, several factors must be considered. Some factors are time, fitness and accessibility of other responsibilities you may have. You can also eat a variety of nuts for your fat intake. Eat a variety of meats such as chicken, turkey, beef and pork. Eat lots of egg whites so. I try to stay away from fatty meats, because I'm always the concern of side effects to be cumulative in my heart. I prefer to eat my protein from egg white, because it is low in fat, cheap and easy to prepare. I also want to eat sashimi because fish is very healthy and full with omega-3.
Spread your meals evenly throughout the day and have many small meals. It is because you'll be hungry very easily without carbohydrates. Try to make meals less juice and sauces because the sauce contains a large amount of sodium and oil. This will cause water retention, I do not want. If you really want to get your weight fast, go to the soup. The soup can satisfy your hunger better. Not only that, if the soup is taken hot, they tend to eat slowly and it makes you feel whole when you have finished your soup.
Avoid breaded meat as much as you can and listen for hidden carbohydrates in foods that you buy outside. Limit fruit consumption to one serving per day. An apple is considered a serving. Stay away from black currant, grape, mango and pineapple. They are very smooth.
Now, when you are in this type of eating plan for 6 days, you lose water weight quickly. To get abs show faster, do your cardio in the morning, at least 5 times a week on an empty stomach. Do not expect to run fast or normal intensity. This is due to the absence carbohydrates that make you feel tired and listless. Just go to low, like 75 percent of your maximum heart rate and run only 30 minutes approx.
Now, after a race, do your abdominal training. 4 exercises focusing 1 exercise for ABS top, one below and ABS a carrot for you. For each exercise, do 3 sets and about 30 representatives of each set. For starters do crunches, reverse crunches, crunches Bikes and tables. Board year, to about 1 minute and really squeeze your abs.
